Developing student's skills and work readiness: an experiential learning framework

Purpose This paper outlines a contemporary conceptual framework for the embedding of experiential learning into business consultancy module. Experiential is fundamental teaching approach that allows students to apply theory working context. Design/methodology/approach As and not an empirical paper, methodological was draw upon literature reviewed build support student through Findings Exploration suggests there are four elements critical in environments: action, reflection, social A has been developed utilising these with interaction between factors being key developing learning.
